Acting for Camera Intensive

This one-day intensive compresses Jack’s six-week class into a punchy day of education packed with industry info from an actor who’s working everything from network TV (hello, CHICAGO MED?) to indie films. Here’s what you’ll learn in an education-filled few hours:

• MOVING in the frame - If you’ve been told you’re “too big” or to “do less”, Jack will work with you on how to keep moving in the motion pictures without being distracting for camera

• Scene Work - If camera is another language, Jack is your translator, teaching you to push your acting technique within the structure of the camera’s rules

• Off-Camera Work - You’re not sitting idly by in this class, oh no - you’re expected to read with your fellow actors. You’ll get a cold read and an education in how to read off camera for your scene partner.
